Cop Car Review This was an odd movie. One cop leaves his cop car in the middle of a field. Two kids decide to take a joy ride and claim the car as their own. The rest of the movie is a chase with the cop trying to locate the car and what he hid in it. Starring Kevin Bacon as the Sheriff who loses his car, I couldn’t believe I was watching it. It seemed so stupid and some of it didn’t seem well planned out by the writer. In one comment I saw on Youtube someone claimed it was Bacon’s best work. I still hold to this day the his best work was Footloose with The Following being a close second. For those that might be interested I’ll post the link but it’s not a movie that I recommend. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1B8dZbbpsrs&feature=share Sorry I've been away for awhile. Life has been crazy. Work is kicking my butt from here to next month...literally.
I did recently finish a book by Janet Evanovich, unfortunately it's in the middle of a series so I most likely will not be posting a review. :( I've had some writer's block on my screenplay. I can't seem to get the boyfriend to fit the suspense/thriller formula to reach the ending I want. Let me know if any of you have any suggestions. I'm still trying to get to the point where the original trailers I was in will make up on the site. Also getting back to playing piano and guitar, so hopefully will have some music for you as well. Any suggestions for the site or things you'd like to see, please comment or contact me. Hope to have some material for you soon. `CeCe It’s been awhile since I watched this one. I forgot how heartwarming it was and eye opening to the littler things in life. A young man is left feeling down after losing he job, a situation many people can now relate. On top of that, he is called back to his hometown, Elizabethtown, when his father passes away. During his flight he meets a stewardess who will teach him a lesson or two about seeing the silver lining and picking oneself up after a failure. This romantic comedy stars Orlando Bloom and Kirsten Dunst. Kirsten Dunst is the stewardess clearly taken with the distraught soul of one of her passengers. She even takes him on a journey to teach him a lesson in appreciation. Orlando Bloom is the stressed young Drew Baylor, out of a job and placed in the role of planning his father’s funeral all in the same day. While I don’t feel it was Orlando’s best film role, along side Kirsten Dunst the two had some decent on screen chemistry and a great lesson to teach in this adorable, heart warming film of loss and love. |
